There was a fire in the Data Centre of the server we used for this website, meaning potentially all data may be destroyed so we have to start again. On Monday the 15th March, they are turning back on the servers that are still working, so we will know then if our server is back and things will continue as normal. Thankfully, no injuries were reported from the fire.
In the meantime, please log a ticket relating to your account and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, but please be assured we have your best interests at heart to continue providing you the best service possible, and if our old server is permanently damaged, we will continue to provide you with the service and sign up a new account here to continue your payments with as little inconvenience as possible.
